Anuga: The Global Marketplace for Foods and Beverages in Cologne   This is probably the 30th edition or more that our keyman has participated at Anuga since his prime years back in 1989. This year, GCF International, again, never misses the chance to represent our innovative ideas through Thailand's tropical dried fruits. Introducing new products and ideas to fellow F&B professionals has been our pleasure. Located in Thailand Pavillion (Hall 11.3, H053), we secured this opportunity to meet up with our existing business partners, potential and new people over 5 days at Koelnmesse. Breaking the pattern from the past years, we have decided to bring our newly launched brand (NOIR'D) to the global stage at Anuga. Moreover, NOIR'D is also a part of New Product Overview 2025 by Anuga as well among 1,900+ submissions. We want to magnify the culture of Thailand's Street Fruits via the lenses of Thai Premium Dried Fruit snacks. We are the first to introduce the term of "Thai Culinary Fruit Snack".
